Orders and payments

Prices are shown at checkout and processed by our payment provider. By placing an order you authorize the applicable charge. Recording fees, transfer taxes, and similar government charges may apply and can vary by county.

Revisions and rejections

If a document must be revised because of information you provided or changed, or if a recording jurisdiction rejects a document, additional fees may apply. We will let you know before any additional work is performed where practicable.
